What sort of ingredients are in these Sweetsies?

We use a variety of premium ingredients in our Sweeties, including milk, butter, eggs, sugar flour + chocolates. We stick to products we can all pronounce, and would want to use in our own home kitchens. None of our products contain any preservatives, trans fats or chemical stabilizers. Which leads us to the next question…

I have food allergies. Does Sweetsies have anything gluten free? Nut free? Dairy free?

As our selections change frequently, please see allergy information in the details of the individual products. Typically, all of our confections are gluten free. Additionally, we will always have a nut-free Sweetsie for you to enjoy, however we ask you to be mindful that ALL our products are made in a facility that handles gluten, dairy, and nuts.

Should I refrigerate my Sweetsies? How long will they last?

Since we don’t use any chemical stabilizers (because, eww!), we make sure that we ship your Sweetsies priority mail - 1 day shipping to the East Coast, 2-3 days in transit to the West Coast. It’s best to enjoy your Sweetsies as soon after delivery as possible. All of our products are shelf-stable — so, no need to refrigerate!

Confections can easily last for several weeks, as long as they’re stored in a cool, dry place… like, you know, wherever you keep the rest of your secret stash. We know you have one!

Cookies are packaged in a way to preserve their freshness as best as possible. They will be most enjoyed within 5 days of their arrival. If you make them last and end up with a crunchy cookie, it’s is still delicious — dunk that baby in some milk or your morning coffee!

Bundts, both mini and full size, are meant to be enjoyed readily to ensure optimal freshness… but don’t be fooled, our bundts are moist and delicious. We encourage you to partake within a couple of days … if you can make ‘em last that long!

How are your products packaged?

Our products are packaged and shipped using 90% eco-friendly, recyclable materials. We’ve done our best to choose packaging options that lower our carbon footprint and impact on the environment.

What kind of custom orders do you accept?

Hop on over to our custom order form, even if you have something as simple as the need for an order to be shipped on on a certain date. Custom cookie assortment for your event, larger quantities, etc. Sweetsies local to NYC, fell free to reach out for wedding cakes, cupcakes. The sky is the limit.

Please allow 2 weeks for custom orders, and 4 weeks for wedding cakes.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If there is a problem with the order you received, please contact at SweetsiesbySC@gmail.com. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address, however we aim to please.
